I have been working and studying for decades, in diverse contexts, learning and practicing individual and collective strategies of care and wellbeing. I studied systemic psychology, community psychology, trauma-informed care practices, intersectional approaches and anthropology. I worked alongside minoritised communities, activists and solidarity collectives, as well as in humanitarian projects around the world.
I offer tailored, wellbeing support for individuals and groups dedicated to community care and social intervention projects, humanitarians and activists, focusing on self-care strategies and trauma recovery. Together, we can create sustainable healing practices that prioritize your mental health and resilience.
My Background
I am a psychologist and experienced trainer and consultant with a background in systemic practice, community care, MHPSS, trauma-informed care and anthropology. I have worked with NGOs, charities, associations and collectives supporting. migrants, ethnic minorities, refugees, and vulnerable communities. I specialize in providing holistic, evidence-based care rooted in cultural sensitivity and community psychology principles.
My Approach & Philosophy
I approach wellbeing with a social justice lens, using an intersectional and collaborative approach tailored to every individual’s/collective’s needs. My work focuses on healing, resilience, and empowerment, grounded in evidence-based practices.
